Quarterly, Interpublic employees have an opportunity to sign up for a 1:1 coaching session with Chelsea Szabo, Founder of Verbal Courage and Co-Founder of Empowership. Please see below for details and registration links.

We are also offering a Small Group Coaching session for anyone who prefers a group setting or was unable to secure a 1:1 coaching session.

These sessions are limited – please note our cancellation policy:

  • Rescheduling requests should be sent to Chelsea@verbalcourage.com 24 hours in advance.

  • No-show sessions will be cancelled at the 10min mark with a limited opportunity to reschedule.

1:1 COACHING SESSIONS FULL? JOIN US FOR A GROUP COACHING CALL

We are thrilled to offer an additional coaching opportunity - group coaching!

Group coaching allows for deeper conversations in a safe environment with others seeking support (limit 20). Chelsea will facilitate the group while offering relevant resources, insights and tools.

Group coaching provides:

  • The ability to feel understood in a safe environment

  • The benefit of learning from the experiences of others

  • Effective laser coaching to reveal root blocks along with tools to overcome them
